At Scholl Farmer Shore PLLC we try to give our patients
the same personalized care that we would like our own family members
to receive from their doctors. We are a practice of three physicians
who specialize in Internal Medicine.
Internal
Medicine is the practice of general adult medicine. We see patients
age 18 years and older. Appointments include routine preventative care
such as annual physicals, cholesterol monitoring, and Pap smears for
our female patients. We see and treat common acute problems such as
sore throats and back pain, as well as chronic illnesses such as hypertension,
diabetes and asthma.
A physician
is on call for our practice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for urgent
problems. We have privileges at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, a community
hospital known for its focus on the patient as well as excellent medical
care. When our patients are hospitalized we oversee and coordinate
their care there.
