Patient Login offers patient services online through an interactive secure web portal. The secure web portal is designed to provide you with easy access and a simple format to communicate with your doctor. You can now pre-register and complete your health history forms by submitting them online once you have logged into the portal and created an account. Other online services coming in the near future are requesting appointments, prescription renewals, and paying bills. Registration is FREE, it's easy to use, secure, confidential, and can be accessed from anywhere 24/7. To start, simply click on the patient login button below.

Note: A physician is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for urgent medical needs for our patients. When the office is closed, you can speak to the on call physician by calling (734) 973-4800 and following the instructions. |
